| At 7:30 am, Marguerite Dollfus, Capt. Frostin, was halted by a submarine and her crew ordered to leave the vessel. The U-Boat then used a boat to carry scuttling charges to the Marguerite Dollfus. These exploded about 10 minutes after having been set and the Marguerite Dollfus sank very quickly. The crew was rescued by the Norwegian steamer Baltic the same day at 7:00 pm and finally landed at Le Conquet near Brest.
