Personal information
Son of Nicolai and Hanna Lilleheil; husband of Margareth Lilleheil, of Bergen. He survived the sinking of Norland and was in the lifeboat in charge of the master that sailed 1000 miles in 18 days before the 15 occupants were rescued only 25 miles from Cape Lookout.
