This convoy departed Alexandria / Port Said on 11 March 1941.

The Alexandria section was escorted by the Greek destroyers RHS Spetsai and RHS Ydra.
Around 0635B/13, the two sections merged.
Around 1000B/16, the convoy arrived at Piraeus. The tanker Pericles had meanwhile been detached to Suda Bay. (1)

Around 1030C/12, HMS Tetrarch (Lt.Cdr. G.H. Greenway, RN) departed Alexandria for her 15th war patrol (10th in the Mediterranean). She was ordered to patrol in the Aegean.
Before proceeding on patrol exercises were carried out with the Greek destroyer Spetsai. (2)

Around 1500C/26, HMS Formidable (Capt. A.W.La T. Bisset, RN) departed Ismalia for Aden. During the passage to Aden she is escorted by the Greek destroyer RHS Spetsai. (3)
29 Jul 1941
Around 1700C/29, HMS Formidable (Capt. A.W.La T. Bisset, RN) and RHS Spetsai arrived at Aden from Ismalia. (4)
16 Aug 1941
HMAS Voyager (Cdr. J.C. Morrow, DSO, RAN) and RHS Spetsai departed Aden for Bombay. (5)
