Never commissioned into the Royal Netherlands Navy.
Scuttled on 14 May 1940 in the Nieuwe Waterweg at Rotterdam to prevent her capture by the Germans.
Raised by the Germans but repair and completion was found impossible.
Scrapped at Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht.
