ORP Wilk (Kmdr.ppor. (Cdr.) B.D. Krawczyk, DSO) ended her 9th war patrol at Rosyth.
She had arrived off the estuary of the River Tay the previous day but then broke down completely so she had to anchor. The M/S trawler HMS Equerry (T/Skr. R.M. Buchan, RNR) was sent to her assistance. Eventually the trawler escorted the submarine to Rosyth. (1)
30 Oct 1941
HMS P 35 (Lt. S.L.C. Maydon, RN) departed Dundee for Scapa Flow. She was escorted by HMS Equerry (T/Lt. H.C. Hutchinson, RNVR). (2)
