Mined off Tobruk, Lybia on 20 February 1941.( Lt W V Fitzmaurice, RNVR) The commanding officer survived the sinking however 12 were killed and only 9 survived and all were wounded.

During 7 and 8 September 1939, HMS Otway (Cdr. H.R. Conway, RN), conducted exercises off Malta togerther with HMS Ouse. These included night exercises. (1)

14 Sep 1939
HMS Oswald (Lt.Cdr. G.M. Sladen, RN) conducted exercises off Malta together with HMS Ouse. (2)

14 Dec 1939
HMS Otway (Cdr. H.R. Conway, RN) conducted exercises off Malta together with HMS Ouse and HMS Coral. (3)
