HMS Oberon (Lt.Cdr. J.A.S. Wise, RN) conducted A/S exercises off Portland with HMS Le Tiger (Skr. A.R. Lewis, RNR) and HMS Lady Beryl (Skr. R.W. Slater, RNR).

16 Jul 1940
HMS Trident (Lt.Cdr. G.M. Sladen, RN) conducted exercises in he Firth of Forth. These included A/S exercises with HMS Breda (Capt.(Retd.) A.E. Johnston, RN) and HMS Lady Beryl (Ch.Skr. A. Liston, RNR). Also a practice attack was made on HMS Breda. (3)

1 Jun 1943
HrMs O 14 (Lt.Cdr. H.A.W. Goossens, RNN) conducted A/S exercises in the Firth of Forth with HMS Leeds (Lt. B.H. Brown, RN), HMS Lady Beryl and HMS Stella Conopus (T/Skr. L. Ford, RNR). HMS Vivien (Lt. L.E. Blackmore, RN). (4)

3 Jun 1943
HrMs O 14 (Lt.Cdr. H.A.W. Goossens, RNN) conducted A/S exercises in the Firth of Forth with Verdun (Lt.Cdr. D. Parsons, RD, RNR), HMS Lady Beryl, HMS Polka (T/Lt. I.A. Thorpe, MBE, RNVR) and HMS Berkshire (Skr. G. Bruce, RNR). (4)

6 Jun 1943
HrMs O 14 (Lt.Cdr. H.A.W. Goossens, RNN) conducted A/S exercises in the Firth of Forth with HMS Lady Beryl, HMS Brimness (Skr. A.E. Larner, RNR) and HMS Winchester (Lt. J.R. Gower, RN). (4)

19 Dec 1943
Vox (Lt. J.M. Michell, RN) departed Barrow for Holy Loch. En-route trials were carried out. She was escorted by HMS Lady Beryl (Skr. H.C. Aisthorpe, RNR). (5)
