Decommissioned in 1947.
Laid up in the Pacific Reserve Fleet.
Recommissioned 18 May 1963. Decommissioned and transfered to Brasil 7 September 1963 being renamed Bahia (S-12).
Sold to be put on display at the Brazilian Museum of Naval Technology, Santos, Brazil. Due to financial difficulties this did not materialise and the submarine was sold for scrap instead.
