History	Reclassified as DDR-842 on 18 July 1952. Reverted back to DD-842 on 1 April 1964. Decommissioned at an unknown date. Transferred to Turkey 5 June 1980 being renamed Piyale Pasa. Piyale Pasa was heavily damaged when she ran aground in late 1996. Scrapped in 1999.
