Assigned USN penant DE 91 but not named.

HMS Halsted (Cdr. John Rowe Westmacott, RN) was torpedoed in the English Channel by a German Motor Torpedo Boat (E-boat) on 11 June 1944. The bow was blown off. Declared a total loss and used for spare parts. Scrapped starting on 28 March 1947.
