Commissioned in the U.S.N. after a refit on 11 June 1942.
Decommissioned at Harwich, England on 22 August 1945 and returned to the Royal Navy on 26 August 1945.
Stricken by the U.S.N. on 17 September 1945.
Sold on 9 July 1946.
Became merchant ship Maw Hwa in 1947.
