At 1302 hours, ShCh-422 fires three torpedoes against the German merchant Espana (7465 GRT) off the Nordkyn peninsula in position 71°11'N, 27°53'E. All torpedoes fired missed their target.

At 1500 hours, ShCh-422 sank a Norwegian fishing vessel with gunfire / demolition charges off the Tanafjord in position 71°06'N, 28°32'E.

At 1032 hours, ShCh-422 attacked a German convoy and fires two torpedoes against ' what is identified as ' a merchant of 6000 GRT off the Tanafjord in position 71°05'N, 28°49'E. Both torpedoes missed their target.
The Germans report this attack as being against the escorts UJ 1706, UJ 1707 and V 6111/Franke.
23 Aug 1942
At 0748 hours, ShCh-422 attacked a German convoy off the Varangerfjord near Kiberg, Norway and fires four torpedoes against ' what is identified as ' a merchant of 4000 GRT. All torpedoes fired missed their target.
24 Aug 1942
At 1748 hours, ShCh-422 attacked a German convoy off the Varangerfjord in position 70°08'N, 30°49'E and fires four torpedoes against the German merchant Irmtraut Cords (2843 GRT). All torpedoes fired missed their target. Following this attack ShCh-422 was heavily depth charged by the German escorts UJ 1101, UJ 1108 and UJ 1112. Over 175 depth charges were dropped but ShCh-422 managed to escape.

At 1105 hours, while on patrol off the Porsangerfjord, ShCh-422 fires two torpedoes against the German auxiliary patrol vessels V 6108 and V 6110. Both torpedoes missed.
15 Sep 1942
At 1107 hours, ShCh-422 fires two torpedoes against the German auxiliary submarine chaser UJ 1103 about 40 nautical miles north of the entrance to the Porsangerfjord in position 71°44'N, 26°30'E. Both torpedoes missed.

At 1540 hours, ShCh-422 attacked a German convoy with 4 torpedoes off the Tanafjord. The small German tanker Banco (461 GRT) was missed by two torpedoes.

At 1710 hours, ShCh-422 attacked a German convoy off the Batsfjord. Four torpedoes were fired against the German merchant Markobrunner (8140 GRT) but these all missed.
31 May 1943
At 0559 hours, ShCh-422 attacked a German convoy just east of the Batsfjord in position 70°46'N 30°04'E with four torpedoes. All torpedoes fired missed.
