Decommissioned 4 November 1941.
Loaned to the United Kingdom and commissioned into the Royal Navy as HMS P 551.
Loaned by the Royal Navy to the Polish Navy and renamed Jastrzab.
Jastrzab was accidentally sunk by allied escorts off Norway 2 May 1942.
Jastrzab had was some 100 miles from her correct position in the convoy and was sunk the Norwegian destroyer St. Albans (ex-USS Thomas (DD-182)) and minesweeper HMS Seagull.
