Sold to the Belgian Navy on 29 November 1949 and renamed Adrien de Gerlache. Hulked in 1959. Adrien de Gerlache was sold for scrap on 11 June 1970. Arrived at Bruges, Belgium to be scrapped on 24 June 1970.
