Stimson) torpedoed and sank the Japanese auxiliary gunboat Manyo Maru (2904 GRT) in position 05°50'S, 113°46'E, the Japanese auxiliary net layer Nagara Maru (855 GRT) in position 05°23'S, 114°00'E and the Japanese merchant cargo ship Shoyu Maru (855 GRT) in position 05°23'S, 114°60'E.

Around 0545K/2, USS Devilfish (T/Lt.Cdr. S.S. Mann, Jr., USN) and USS Sea Robin (T/Cdr. P.C. Stimson, USN) made rendezvous. One aviator which the USS Sea Robin had rescued, was towed across in a lifebelt. During the transfer USS Sea Robin hit the stern of USS Devilfish with her bow but damage was minor.

Around 1749K/2, USS Devilfish (T/Lt.Cdr. S.S. Mann, Jr., USN) and USS Springer (T/Lt.Cdr. J.F. Bauer, USN) made rendezvous. One aviator which the USS Springer had rescued, was put across in a rubber boat.

8 Jul 1945
USS Sea Robin (Cdr. P.C. Stimson) torpedoed and sank the Japanese auxiliary submarine chaser Cha 85 (130 tons) off Quelpart Island in position 33°50'N, 126°42'E.

10 Jul 1945
USS Sea Robin (Cdr. P.C. Stimson) torpedoed and sank the Japanese army cargo ship Sakishima Maru (1224 GRT, built 1918) north of Quelpart Island in position 33°39'N, 126°40'E.

21 Jul 1945
USS Sea Robin (Cdr. P.C. Stimson) sank the Japanese cargo vessels Chio Maru and Yoshi Maru with gunfire east of Shinishi Island in position 33°45'N, 126°25'E.

23 Jul 1945
USS Sea Robin (Cdr. P.C. Stimson) sank a small Japanese vessel with gunfire in the East China Sea in position 33°46'N, 126°30'E.

9 Aug 1945
USS Sea Robin (Cdr. P.C. Stimson) ended her 3rd war patrol at Midway.
