Decommissioned 15 November 1945.
Placed in service as a Naval Reserve training ship at New Orleans, Louisiana 17 April 1947.
Placed out of service and stricken 5 September 1956.
Sold to be broken up for scrap but foundered while under tow off Cape Hatteras, North Carolina on 26 August 1957.
