HMCS Mulgrave (T/Lt. Ralph Morton Meredith, RCNR) was mined in the English Channel off Le Havre, France on 8 October 1944 and heavily damaged, not repaired.
Decommissioned on 6 July 1945.
Scrapped in May 1947.

29 Feb 1944
While en route from Halifax, Canada to Plymouth, UK via the Azores, HMCS Mulgrave (T/Lt. R.M. Meredith, RCNR) was grounded at the Azores while entering Horta harbour. After being towed to Ardrossan, Scotland for repairs Mulgrave finally arrived at Plymouth on 24 April.
