History	Decommissioned at Cold Harbor, Alaska on 16 August 1945. Transferred to the USSR being renamed EK-12. Returned to the U.S.N. on 16 October 1949 at Yokosuka, Japan. Recommissioned 1 December 1950. Decommissioned 9 October 1951. Transferred to the Republic of Korea 9 October 1951 being renamed Taedong (PF-63). Returned to the U.S.N 28 February 1973. Stricken 20 April 1973. Donated to Republic of Korea as a museum and training ship.
