Notes on event | At 12.00 and 12.25 hours on 28 November 1944, U-481 fired two Gnats at several small Soviet warships about 3 miles north of Pakri lighthouse in the Gulf of Finland and reported a hit on a minelayer. The convoy consisted of two minesweepers in tow of two others, escorted by six PT boats. T-387 (No 331) was hit and sunk while in tow. |
