Notes on event | At 09.55 hours on 26 June 1943 the Toufic Allah (R 200) was sunk by U-81 with 48 rounds from the deck gun 40 miles west-southwest of Beirut. Its crew made landfall at Saida at 15.30 hours on 27 June. |
