Personal information
Son of Joseph and Alice Emily Wilcox; husband of Alice Ellen Wilcox, of North End, Portsmouth. Harold Edwin Wilcox was mentioned in despatches for his actions after HMS Fiji was torpedoed in September 1940. He later died when the cruiser was bombed and sunk by German aircraft off Crete on 23 May 1941.
