Personal information
Son of John and Rose Bailey. Arthur Bailey was one of the survivors from Baltallinn who were rescued by Walmer Castle and survived again when this ship was bombed and sunk on 21 Sep, 1941. In later years he immigrated to New Zealand and became a Warrant Officer in NZ Navy as Radar Technician. He has one daughter Vivienne. As of November 2013, he lives in Matamata, New Zealand.Sources
