Personal information
Son of William and Sophie Grace Clarke, of Liverpool; husband of Anne Clarke, of Tuebrook, Liverpool. He was rescued by Pedro Nunes after the sinking of Avila Star, but died from exposure shortly after being picked up and was buried in Lisbon.
