Leslie Bertram Merrick was born in Jul 1909 in Avon, Somerset, England
to John Albert Merrick and Ethel May (nee Woodman). After his service in the RNR he married Bridget Norton in Jun 1947 in Bath, Somerset. They had two children, Terry and John D Merrick.
